รายละเอียดการตรวจสอบปั้นจั่น(เครน)
วิศวกรผู้ตรวจทดสอบปั้นจั่น(เครน)ต้องทำการทดสอบส่วนประกอบและอุปกรณ์ของปั้นจั่น ตามข้อกำหนดและหลักเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ตาม กฏหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่

6. โทษตามกฎหมายของนายจ้างที่ไม่จัดให้มีการทดสอบส่วนประกอบและอุปกรณ์ของปั้นจั่น
นายจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำ วิธีการแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องของโครงสร้างหรือส่วนประกอบของปั้นจั่นส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งหมดหรือความไม่สมบูรณ์เชิงวิศวกรรมตามบันทึกของวิศวกรผู้ทดสอบ
ตาม พระราชบัญญัติความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน พ.ศ. 2554 มาตรา 53 นายจ้างผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงที่ออกตามมาตรา 8 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 1 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 400,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
